June was also a busy month for us!
We had a couple moving out of our ward and they were so kind to give us a new couch for a steal of a deal! We were so excited to get a new sectional. I went and bought new pillows soon after to match the rest of our decor!
Aubrey and I went to the CALM Zoo with the Heiner Family!

Aubrey was pretty scared!
Poor Aubrey and her fair skin! She turns so red when it is warm outside! We had a great time and we both took great naps after!
Aubrey and I had a girls Date and went to Hobby Lobby and our favorite Chick-Fil-A!!
Aubrey turned 16 months and is as fun as ever! We slowly started taking her binkie away and so she finds any toy similar and tries to put it her in her mouth!
The hot Bakersfield Summer weather was here in June so we spent lots of time in the pool. That pink bag behind aubrey is her pool bag and she would often bring it to me to tell me she wanted to swim!
These goggles were good entertainment too!
Aubrey has always been a good eater but her favorite was avocado egg salad sandwiches!
Aubrey and I were headed to a Family Reunion in June so the weekend before we headed out of town our dear friends watched Aubrey for a night and Brad and I went on an overnight date!
We went to Steak and Grape for dinner.
and a movie afterwards!
We stayed the night at the Marriott and had a great time watching movies and sleeping in!
I had the opportunity of subbing for music time in primary and so I made these popsicles to have fun with! Some looked good enough to eat!

We also celebrated Father's Day a week early since Aubrey and I were going to be out of town!
Aubrey made Brad this cute finger painting!
I framed Brad's special painting from his Grandmother and made a nice mission shadow box for him! He was very surprised!

The next afternoon we headed to SLC. Our friends, Anna and Zoe were headed up that way too and we were on the same flight! It was so nice having a couple of travel buddies!
Aubrey had a blast!
We didn't bring Aubrey's stroller due to lack of space but I was grateful Anna and Zoe was willing to share! The girls had a blast!
The next morning we got up and went up the canyon to go on a hike!
It was on June 17, the 6th anniversary of my brother passing, so we enjoyed nature and thought a lot about him that day! It was beautiful!
After some good naps that day my dad and I took Aubrey and cousin Zoey on a Bike Ride!
The next morning we took the 5 cousins to get their picture taken!
They had great individual pictures but getting 5 kids under 3 to cooperate for a group picture is nearly impossible!

The kids got candy for doing so well! Aubrey was in heaven!
The rest of the afternoon was filled with playing outside and visiting with friends!
My college roommate came by and brought her sweet baby girl over! Aubrey and Vika had fun!
It was such a great reunion to see Natalie again!
Later that after noon Kelsey and her boys came over to play! Kelsey was in our married ward in Rexburg. She was in Utah visiting family but is living in Kentucky right now with her sweet family!

The next morning we headed up north to head to our family reunion. We made a little pit stop to see my Great Grandma Mayer in Ogden, Utah. My Grandma was also visiting so we got the 5 generation picture I have longed to have!
It was so fun for them to see their great grandchildren and great great grand children!
We were able to stay and eat lunch and Aubrey got to give them a little present too!
We said our goodbye's and headed up to the Logan Canyon to see my Dad's side of the family!
The Cabin was so nice and we had such a beautiful view!
It was a great reunion seeing my grandparents again! It was the first time I had seen them since our wedding!
They of course met Aubrey!

Papa took us up to see the horses! Aubrey was pretty nervous riding the horse but loved feeding it flowers!
And papa had fun photographing Aubrey playing in the wild flower fields!
Later that afternoon we played on the playground!
and found a caterpillar!
Aubrey loved it!
Later that night we did our celebrations! We celebrated Grandpa Assmus' 90th Birthday and their 64th wedding Anniversary!

The next morning was Father's Day! We went and surprised Papa with this finger painting!
We later took a ride up to Bear Lake! It was so Beautiful!
Aubrey had a lot of one on one time with Papa that night!
And even got some cuddles with Mimi!
Monday morning we all had to check out and Aubrey and I had to head back to Salt Lake to catch our flight! Aubrey said goodbye to sweet little Carsten! It is my 2nd cousins son! We had so much fun!
It was a great reunion and even a better reunion being back with Brad!
We ended the month by going out for some Frozen Yogurt! We are spoiled girls!
